I’ve worked across cybersecurity, governance and operational resilience, the green transition and energy, organisational development and executive leadership.
I’ve advised boards and leadership teams, worked alongside specialists, built teams and partnerships, and operated in environments where commercial ambition, regulation, technology and people rarely fit neatly into separate boxes.
And I’ve learned that the hardest leadership questions usually don’t either.
Between growth and control.
Speed and resilience.

What the framework says — and what the organisation can actually make work.

02 — Why House of Moon
I didn’t create House of Moon because the world needed another consulting firm. I created it because I wanted a different way to advise.
The difference
- Senior people close to the work.

- Advice shaped around the organisation in front of us.
- No theatre. No junior army. No complexity for the sake of complexity.

03 — How I work
I’m interested in the question behind the question.
The cyber problem that is actually a governance problem. The governance problem that is really an accountability problem. The transformation that looks perfect on a slide but will never survive contact with the organisation. The strategy everyone agrees with — but nobody quite knows how to execute.
Sometimes the answer is a proven framework. Sometimes it needs to be designed from scratch. And sometimes the most valuable thing an advisor can do is challenge the premise before helping solve the problem.

04 — Beyond the executive chair
My work has never existed entirely inside an executive role.
I work with boards and professional communities, mentor emerging talent in cybersecurity, and contribute to conversations about governance, resilience, leadership and the future of work.
I’m particularly interested in what happens when established structures are challenged — by technology, regulation, changing expectations of leadership or simply by better questions.
