WHAT WE KEEP.
This site is deliberately simple. We collect what you send us, and nothing else.
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address and message. The form checks these on our server before anything is saved.
Your enquiry is stored in our contact database and a notification is sent to info@houseofmoon.dk so we can reply. We use it only to answer you — never for marketing, and we do not share it.
Enquiries are deleted automatically twelve months after they are sent. This runs on a nightly schedule and applies to contact enquiries only.
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Two small preferences are stored in your own browser: your cookie choice and your language choice. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Because there are no optional cookies today, choosing “Accept all” and “Only necessary” has the same effect. We record your choice so we do not ask again.
If you would like to see what we hold about you, or have it deleted before the twelve months have passed, write to us.
